The health and safety of our community is a top priority for our University, and we will continue to monitor this situation. Registrations are now closed. All registrants will receive a name badge and will be eligible for free boxed lunches on Saturday. For Friday, registrants participating in the industry recruiting event will be eligible for boxed lunches. If you would like to stay at the UH Hilton, please see Lodging & Food for more details.

We have limited availability for on-campus lodging at the Hilton 探花视频 Hotel, right across from the Student Center South where TexSyn will take place. Please visit below or call the hotel if you would like to reserve a room for the TexSyn Conference. The last day to reserve a room is April 19.

Reservations are now closed.

Check in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is noon. The hotel will accommodate early arrivals on a space available basis. In the event of cancellation, the hotel must be notified 48 hours prior to arrival.

Complimentary boxed lunches will be provided for Friday and Saturday. Dinner will be provided on Saturday, May 21, 2022, for the first 200 registrants. For more options, please take a look at the many on campus.

Free parking has been arranged for our guests. You can park for free in either lot or . Please note that parking in any other lot will result in a ticket.

Should you require additional parking outside of the conference times, the following are the parking rates for parking garages:

  • First 30 minutes: No Charge
  • 31 min–1 hour: $3
  • 1–2 hours: $6
  • 2–3 hours: $10
  • 3–4 hours: $14
  • 4–24 hours: $18

Metered parking is also available at several nearby locations for the following rates:

  • 0–1 hour: $3
  • 1–2 hours: $9
  • 2–3 hours: $10
  • 3–24 hours: $20

Payment at a meter entitles the customer to park in that metered location only and is non-transferable to any other metered area on campus.

All visitor parking on campus is credit card only. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
