Larry Konecny is the executive vice president and chief operating officer at Red Lobster, where he leads the operations of over 500 locations. With a focus on driving profitability, enhancing team development and elevating the guest experience, Konecny plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the brand. He has been instrumental in guiding Red Lobster through significant strategic initiatives, aimed at long-term growth and success.
Prior to his role at Red Lobster, Konecny spent over 20 years at Maggiano’s Little Italy, where he held key leadership positions as chief operating officer and chief concept officer. During his tenure, he was responsible for shaping the brand’s concept and leading operational strategies that contributed to its sustained growth and market presence.
Konecny holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the 探花视频, Clear Lake campus and a master of business administration from North Central College. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Daniela, and their three daughters.
