Jeffrey “Jeff” Heaney (’92) is the president of Mikasa Hospitality. Here, he has helped launch a new division of Lifetime Brands, developing the sales and internal team, representative network and portfolio of international manufacturers, serving the hospitality industry.
Before his time with Mikasa Hospitality, he was the president of BauscherHepp, Inc. He also worked in national account roles with Panasonic Foodservice, Edlund Company, Inc. and Electrolux Professional. The early foundation of his career was begun as a sales representative for Edward Don & Company. In these roles, he honed his marketing, management and sales skills. Heaney has received numerous accolades, such as being a two-time winner of Ed Don’s Sales Representative of the Year and earning the Bell Ringer award for superior sales performance.
Heaney is a also recipient of the Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) title. The CFSP credential from the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers is one of the most important industry certifications for foodservice professionals who sell or buy non-food products.
He currently serves on the Hilton College Advisory Board of Directors and is a board member of the Eric Hilton Distinguished Alumni Club.
Outside of professional passions, Heaney enjoys traveling with his friends and experiencing live music in the cities they visit. Him and his wife, Theoula, live in Raleigh, North Carolina, with their kids Olivia and Constantine.
